The water department found e coli bacteria in the system so don’t drink the water without boiling it for at least a minute beforehand.

Got a robo call at about 9:30 last night about the water situation. Still, being the risk taking kind of guy that I am, I brushed my teeth with that dirty water and have had no adverse reaction. My son-in-law says he drank about four large glasses of our water yesterday and feels fine (he drinks more water than I do. I prefer beer.) Perhaps the standards are overly stringent, but I suppose we should be grateful for this municipal vigilance.
