Dave, I thought the the Dead had the wall up @ the Colt Park CT show we ‘saw” in ’76& wasn’t Jeff Briss involved w/ the sonic exploration?
Yes they did have it in Hartford and it was loud. That was an ugly scene. Jeff supplied the band with a ton of stuff from microphones to cables. He’s still buddies with John Cutler who has been part of the sound crew for a long time and runs Weir’s studio in San Rafael.
