Our latest TV ad – featuring massive paint explosions – took 10 days and 250 people to film. Huge quantities of paint were needed to accomplish this, which had to be delivered in 1 tonne trucks and mixed on-site by 20 people.

brilliant! This one’s actually the 2nd in a series. In the first one, they released 250,000 bouncing colored balls in San Francisco. http://www.bravia-advert.com/balls/
I thought the “Balls” one in SF was a little better…even downloaded the track on itunes…they are both fantastic spots! And what a great way to get “buzz” wround the internet in a way that doesn’t feel fake or commerialized (pardon the pun). These great shorts offer value to the end user and enhance the overall value of the brand. I find it interesting that these are UK commercials (at least I have never seen them on US air, and I watch alot of TV). I wonder how many people in the US have seen these ads online, and what the equivilant cost to buy those eyes through the TV set would have been?
