This is my favorite brand sentiment tool in the entire world. Probably because it is free. And fun to play with.
Enter in a brand name and see how it fares. A ten means the brand “rocks.” A one designates utter suckage. This works by going out into the Interweb and looking for keywords and designations of rockitude or suckiture adjacent to them. My music example probably sucks as one can imagine the word “rock” is adjacent to everyone of these names. Same probably holds true for geology brand names ….

It’s all in triangulating the factors that influence your relationships with these bands.
If we’d analyzed other aspects of your relationship to these bands, such as your appearance in the Milli Vanilli video, we could explain the apparent rockin’ness of Milli Vanilli, which largely sucked.

A lot of people don’t know that Churbuck was Boy George’s bassist. “Boy Churbuck” just didn’t work for the A&R guys, though, and there was a big break-up after Churbuck met and briefly dated Yoko Ono, who didn’t think “Yoko Churbuck” worked, either.
And what of Jefferson Churbuck? That seminal creation of Yorma Kaukonen and Keith Godchaux? Were they not unsucky?
I’m glad to see a certain we both know, love (sorta) and work for doesn’t rate a one …. a 5 I can live with for now.
